We use a standard grading system to describe the physical condition of our refurbished devices. All devices are fully tested and guaranteed to work, regardless of grades:

Grade A – Excellent Condition

  • Minimal signs of use, if any
  • Screen and body are near-perfect
  • Ideal for business or personal use where appearance matters

Grade B – Good Condition

  • Light to moderate cosmetic wear (e.g., small scratches or marks)
  • Fully functional
  • Great value for users who don’t mind minor wear

Grade C – Fair Condition

  • Noticeable signs of wear (e.g., scratches, dents, screen marks)
  • Still 100% functional
  • Best for budget-conscious buyers or industrial use

All devices are graded for transparency. Most are “Grade A” with minor to no visible wear, fully functional and thoroughly tested before shipping.
